RE: Synchrinization takes really long...
@MysteryMan What is really long? Several days or hours? First run can take some time, as the entire blockchain is downloaded and processed by the wallet. This depends on your hardware setup, your connection speed and the number of nodes available.
It shouldn't take days, though
RE: How to buy brocoins through the crowdsale function?
- register at bitrad.io and login
- go to http://bitrad.io/crowdsale/ to get your crowdfunding BTC address
- send bitcoin (BTC) to that address to participate
Right now the price for one BRO is 2705 satoshi. You need 2500 BRO to run a master node: 2500 x 2705 sat = 0.067625 BTC
Poswallet will add BRO shortly. I don't know of any other exchange with BRO listed. The Bitradio Forum might be a good place to sell your BRO prior to POSW listing.
But why sell your BRO if you want to run a master node?
RE: Bitrad.io - Test ICO final result
Vote for BRO to be added to PoSWallet
RE: Wann kann man Bro´s eintauschen in Bitcoin bzw. (Euro/ Dollar) ??
I'm seriously puzzled! What is the problem? Everything is OK
How to get by listening:
- Register at bitrad.io
- Download the Bitradio wallet (win/mac/linux)
- Open your Bitradio wallet, click "receive", copy the BRO address
- Enter the BRO address under "Payment-Address" on bitrad.io/profile
- Start listening to radio, payments are paid to your BRO address in your Bitradio wallet (NOT Bitcoin wallet) ~every hour
Exchange BRO to BTC (and other coins):
Once enough people vote for BRO to be added to PoSWallet.com, you can exchange your BRO to BTC on free market terms. Vote here: https://poswallet.com/addcoin.php?type=free&id=356
Antivirus and firewall:
Norton/Avast/AVG/McAffee may false flag many wallets and your firewall may block traffic to/from your wallet. Make sure you green light your Bitradio wallet in your Antivirus program and firewall.

[design comment] Bitradio-Qt on Mac
Just a comment on the design of the wallet.
On MacOS, the left hand menu background in the wallet is grey, making the yellow text a bit hard to read. The black menu on Windows (7) looks better in my opinion.
