Account banned, yet only one account
I logged in today after about a week and it said my account is banned due to multiple accounts on same IP. There is only 1 account in my household but I do use multiple devices ( IE: laptop and phone). Please help!
Your Account is not banned at all.
Sometime the Fraud Protection gives this Message if you didn't Logout on the last Device you used.
One of my ref's switches between MacOS and Win10 on the same Device and got that message.
To be sure everything is working well on our Side please Post your User-ID as well as your IP Address to let us check our Database!
