Hello everyone,
first of all, I would like to go into the fact that in the last few months there was no news about Bitradio.
The general situation around Corona and the crisis did not leave us/me without a trace. Above all, it has personal reasons from my side.
As some of you know, we are a small startup or business with little resources and we need and always get the help of the community, admins to build one of the largest radio portals. Big thanks to all of you. Without this help, we would not be at this point and I am very very thankful for this.
All the time we have invested together will pay off and we won't quit. The Bitradio GmbH (Company) has no financial problems.
Also in this crazy Corona times, because our costs are not very high and we never had a lot of ad revenues. So there is no change at the moment.
We still have the money to run the hosting for the website, masternodes, and other features for some years. At the moment it is just difficult to get new features, the new design, and other new features to market / to the website.
So stay with us. New things will come. We are still here and we are still here to stay. But at the moment we need some more time.
Some News:
1) Crex24.com / Deposits and withdraws & Trading reopened
You can now deposit, withdraw and trade BRO again on Crex24.com.
The problems seem to be fixed and the deposit is possible again. I dont know what exactly caused the problem but i think there is one problem they have. I never got an information if this was the problem. Its just my guess.
A problem that repeatedly leads to why the coin is taken offline is microtransactions that are sent directly to the Exchange. To avoid these problems we will increase the withdrawal limit as described in point 2. More on this under point 2.

2) The payout limit is increased to 5 BRO from now.
As of today, we will adjust the payout limit to 5 BRO.
Reasons for this:
Microtransactions of 0.1 BRO send to an exchange wallet cause problems.
Example:
Exchanges receive deposits of 0.1 BRO from a lot of users. If many users do this, the Exchange has thousands and thousands of inputs in one day.
As soon a user wants to make a withdrawal the exchanges have an issue because of a lot of small inputs. (This is also the reason exchanges say, never mine directly to an exchange address f.e. Bitcoin)
If a user wants to withdraw 5.000 BRO, 50,000 inputs are required.
This transaction gets rejected by the client and ALL withdrawals are stopped because the client has an issue. (TO MANY INPUTS)
It's not a real issue. The amount of inputs is too high for a single transaction.
Exchanges like CREX have a lot of work to fix it. It's not a client problem. They have to do some manual work which costs them money. (Dev. Time etc.) Smaller Coins will get delisted if these efforts don't pay off.
Long story in Short:
Some users set their payout addresses directly to an exchange. PLEASE NEVER DO THIS.
Send it to your CORE Wallet (Windows, Mac or Linux) or mobile Wallet.
If you want to trade the coins please only send bigger amounts to exchanges.
We from Bitradio.com don't know if your payout wallet goes to an exchange or your wallet. There is nothing we can do because we don't know it.
To avoid these issues we only have the option to increase the payout limit to an amount bigger than 0,1 BRO.
Changing it to 0,2 BRO, 0,5 BRO or 1 BRO does not help a lot and the exchanges will run also in an issue relatively soon. -> LATER WE GET DELISTED.
We also see some users payout directly to the masternode Wallet or Premium wallet. For me, it's not a big problem. I have to fix it from time to time and send all these small transactions to a cold wallet. This is a task which is done by me once a month and costs me about an hour. NO Problem at all for me. But for an exchange, it is a problem.
Only a short description for you girls and guys, so you can understand what the problems with these small inputs are and why we have to change something on our side.
For this reason, we will set the minimum payout to 5 BRO from today on.
What you can do:
PLEASE NEVER NEVER EVER USE AN ADDRESS FROM AN EXCHANGE. This is causing a lot of issues.
If these issues continue on exchanges we have to stop AUTO payouts and you have to request it manually. We also don't want this, but maybe we have to do it at a later stage.
So please DO NOT use exchange Wallets. NEVER. Ty girls and guys.
3) iOS Activity Points
Since the release of iOS 13, we have issues receiving messages from apple, because they don't send us notifications we need to credit your activity points. We tried a lot but we don't have a good solution for this atm. We will find a solution for it but as I have said we don't have one good for us. We will work on this and get a solution for it.
4) New Masternode shares
In June we will also add some new masternode shares. All Masternodes get rewards. Even if they are offline. You also get these rewards because we run more Masternodes and can compensate for offline nodes.
To reduce hosting costs we also have set up our own pysical machine to run these hosted shares on our own machine.
This one is not online at the moment. I will inform you when we are ready for this. For you, a user/owner of a node nothing will change. Only on our side, the costs drop and we will bring this service for free to you also in the future.
5) Content System
At the moment we can't guarantee all new stations (edited or added) get approved every day. So we decreased the amount of BRO go out daily and increased the weekly rewards. So you will get more rewards for editing stations. Not daily but more every week.
I think this is fair for all users.
